Hey, this is a good idea, I think I might do a 30 day Vlog, like Ringtail.
Just some questions about your switch to veganism...
Are you switiching overnight? I've been a vegan for three years, and I feel great etc etc.
Some people find it better to phase out animal products slowly. I went from omnivore to veggie in like a month, and vegan in a night. I had no trouble re adjusting to veg, but I got more energy and lost a lotta weight when i went vegan.
Oh, I just had another thought. You might want to look into the AR aspect of veganism, or else you probably won't stick with it lol. It happened to me, but I'd recommend watching Earthlings and you'll defiantly make it through the 30 days.

Yes I switched overnight, its been over a week now (I'm due for a video.... it will be up tonight) and I've never felt better. I don't miss anything and haven't since I started. It really was just to question everything I ever thought about food and even my thoughts. Anyway, its been great and I did lose about 5 pounds already.
Eat 6 small meals throughout the day to keep your metabolism high, if work gets in the way eat your meals MUCH slower than usual(it takes 15 minutes for the brain to send messages to the stomach!!)
Avoid white things in general, sugar, white bread, white rice, white pasta.
Trade meat for fish's high in omega 3 and oils(mackeral, salmon).
fruit takes 15 minutes to digest, meat takes up to 4 hours!!!!
Yeah it is a bit nutty. So far I have 2 days of 80% vegan diet and yesterday was my first complete Vegan day. To be honest, I've never felt better. Only tough things is when I got out to restaurants. I'll make my first daily vid in a little bit...... to be continued!
you'll soon realize that you don't really need meat. But be careful being vegan.
Vegetarian is in fact healthy and tasty if you know what to eat (like vegetarian sausages/burgers etc) but vegan is different story if you get too...lets say hardcore vegan I guess.
I definitely know what you mean about the 'hardcore' vegans... no worries here. Lets just say its not political for me. Just about feeling good. And I'm learning really fast that when out in restaurants you just have to play the cheese game - meaning i'll be eating cheese sometimes because its in the dish and i'm super okay with that. ;)

unfortunately I do not cook so often but if you search google for vegetarian recipes you will find a lot of adequate sites . I have a veggie cooking book myself but those recipes are all very special and unusual. And it always depends on what you like really.
Just finished 30 days. Feel so much better. I'll never go back
