and that's the answer, I am so in NEED of a sauna! I would absolutely LOVE one, for that reason alone! Being able to jump and play in the snow and then return to the yummy world of warmth and sweat! Such balance! = ) and yes, a sober New Year's golden finch fellow angel awaits!

lol.. I used to go barefoot running in winter would acclimatize as it got colder but last 2 haven't. I remember if you take a hot bath or sauna for long time before going in the snow its actually really relaxing =)
thats super brave.. my first ever new years eve party as kid I dove in powder snow in boxers only and it was great. but never thought of doing that sober. Maybe I'll try it sober new years version this year :)
...and here i was so proud of myself for shoveling snow during a Christmas day snow storm wearing nothing more than my t-shirt and shorts . i don't hold a candle to you!
