Very nice video....The step by step instruction of LISA is unbelievable!.....In my opinion nobody will lost if they follows Lisa`s warning and signage correctly and by the help of LISA, i`ts surely no regret...its really a big help among motorist...keep it up..i like it!...thanks for the effort...
Appreciate this very much. Amusing too. Thanks for sharing - our first time to drive to Baguio and this is very helpful. I love the part that says DO NOT TURN RIGHT - thanks for the warning!
really? 100km/h? planning to go up to baguio this august and looking for a shorter route. planing to hit the sctex at 190km/h hehe i don't think they have cctv's there right at night?
Dolores is still pampanga province. Ilocos, central pangasinan,Baguio, Banawe Bound Buses must take this route to avoid traffic jam and slow moving vehicles passing Mc arthur Hiway. Some Bolinao-Alaminos Bound Bus taking this route.
From Manila to Baguio = NO PROBLEM. However, coming from Baguio, I am not sure who put the signs up, but I followed exactly what the signs said...."turn left to SCTEX". I ended up going about 30 kms total, going through Barangay after Barangay, beautiful scenery, but it was NOT the same road going up from Manila. Every time I was thinking..."am I going the correct way", I would encounter a sign that would say "SCTEX - turn right". This happened 3 consecutive right turns, each 10 km apart.
There are many roads to the sctex in tarlac, so I do not know which one you took. we usually take the one right after exiting gerona town and entering tarlac city, which is the same one we take going up. No landmarks, I'm afraid, just a large enough road sign, and just 10km total to the sctex toll gate.
When I rode the victory liner bus down, it got to sctex via hacienda luisita, seemed shorter but we did go thru all the tarlac city traffic hassle.
upon reaching the end of sctex. you may turn right also going to nueva ecija. but just a few kilometers you may turn left. its a country road going to baguio. hope it helps also.
this expressway saves me time. i used this way when i went to manila coming from nueva vizcaya. before entering cabanatuan... use the way going yo aliaga.. then b4 reaching aliaga, turn left going to zaragoza.. then upon reaching the end turn left going to la paz just look nalang for the sctex entry. the trip is so short. from maharlika highway after talavara town in NE, the trip is only around 30-40 minutes. bulacan is history. goodbye bulacan.. goodbye traffic.
love the scenic views thats reason i travel from manila going through sctex route...
