  • Bo luc-lac , my favorite , thanks Cathy . By the way , your sauce is perfect , but decoration is lacked some vegies as salad , also white steam rice work well with bo-luc-lac, not fry rice ( Just an idea ).

  • this dish looks WONDERFUL. can you type the name of each jar u used for the marinate please couldnt see the front of all the jars i can make out the fish sauce dark soy sauce..just not the others..Please and thank you in advance. Would like to make this dish this week

  • @honeydippedkisses1 - marinading sauce: 1tbsp premium fish sauce, 2 tbsp oyster sauce, 2 tbsp regular soy sauce, 1/2 tsp teaspoon thick soy sauce, 1 tsp sugar & freshly ground pepper.
