1: Phineas has had the exact same voice actor for the entire series (Vincent Martella), who went through puberty while recording the first few episodes.

2: If you are referring to the way Phineas talks, then, yes, he is a bit closer to the show's creators' original personality, which was the stereotypical "Annoying little brother."

That rollercoaster looked awesome. I rode the Behemoth at Canada's Wonderland, and that was extreme. But that rollercoaster has so many loops in it. The Behemoth didn't have ANY loops in it.

Man, this episode is so weird. Phineas making an effort (however small) to convince Candace they're not up to anything, Major M being a message rather than a live feed, the lack of Doof Evil Inc. jingle, "-nifier" instead of "-inator", Jeremy most DEFINATELY not being voiced by Mitchel Musso and wearing glasses (hell, considering Jeremy was supposed to be an unseen character and only exists because they didn't want Musso as Ferb, I doubt that's actually supposed to be Jeremy)...
