I have this dvd and uploaded a video performing this choreography. While it is difficult at first, it is very doable. You just have to work at it. I would say this is definitely not for beginners. Intermediate/advanced only

i personally think sadie looks best when the lower part of her outfits are of a looser material because they accent how much her hips are moving when they do
