I wish people understood the difference between "banned" and rejected. Only the government can ban something (they have the use of force). If a company of any sort rejects an ad or decides not to publish/broadcast something, it is not being banned, just rejected. When you submit your little short story to the New Yorker and they don't publish it, it is not banned, just rejected. Same for Super Bowl ads, etc.

The ad in question (assuming it was made by MC, which I doubt), was rejected.
