  • I miss Tosh, Owen and Ianto :'(

  • Such a bad decision. Its just not the same now

  • whats that music 07:15?

  • I wonder if the dude that played Gray got laughed at by John Barrowman and James Marsters for his attempted American accent.

  • THEY PLAY MUSE :D!!

but i cried so much DX

  • I heard that song (the one at 10:15) (Tonight by Hard-FI) on the radio a few days ago.

I just about burst into tears...

  • Torchwood was never the same after this! And Now we've lost Ianto... what next.. :L

  • I want a spinoff - Owen Harper: King of the Weevils.

  • @Entroki With a new version of the lion king as theme xD

  • Naoko Mori and Burn Gorman absolutely knocked it out of the part in their final scene together. Some of the best acting of the whole series, and one of my favourite TV send-offs (even if it breaks my own heart!)

  • "It's like any real life situation. You lose people"

sounds like he is gonna cry.. probably is.

Watching this is almost as sad as the actual episode!

Eve just makes you wanna hug her..

    They're all such fantastic actors...

  • my god the actor playing Gray is fucking horrible. terrible, terrible actor

  • i hav'nt been able to watch a single episode after tosh and owen died , i may never stop mourning them , i cry so much when they die ! ;[

  • oh god, Burn... you're utterly fantastic... "King of the Weevils", indeed!

    and now I'm crying again....

  • when Joh admitted that Eve burst into tears i felt so sorry for her!!

  • Long live Owen, King of the Weevils! WOOP WOOP :D

  • All Hail King Owen of Weevils and King ianto of Torchwood

    lol

  • Captain John is a brilliantly made character but I think in order for that character to come across as well as it does it takes a great actor (Enter) James Marsters...an actor I had never seen or heard of until the Kiss Kiss Bang Bang episode who I kept hoping would return sometime as he is a very amusing character.

But more then anything losing Owen and Tosh is what is heartbreaking about this episode. These people are absolutely some of the most brilliant actors I have ever seen.

  • It still absolutely shatters me to see Owen and Tosh dying so abruptly, with things between them bitersweetly unactualized. Ugh, my heart. *is crying all over again*

The ONLY bright side to them dying is that now maybe Ianto will get the screentime he deserves. He was horribly underused in the first two seasons -- and barely a blip on the screen in this Declassified series, which reduced his beautiful character arc with Jack into one line about a "romantic comedy with a pterodactyl" episode.

  • Naoko is the only actress who's come close to making me cry... *sniffle* she's such a superb actress.

  • I can't understand the scene being filmed in the begining of this vid, why is Jack screaming so much? John can't be that strong.

  • Does someone know the song that starts playing at 9:58 when Tosh is dying? I can't find it anywhere?

  • The song is 'Tonight' by Hard Fi. The album version has vocals as well, I'm not sure if it's possible to get it as an instrumental version as it is here. I love this song so much and I was really disappointed that they changed the music for the DVD release.

    hope that helps

  • Well I look at that serie for Mr Marsters, but in this episode he looks worst than in pictures of him doing by his fans - amator pictures, with no make-up!!! Strange

Ps it was very sad episode full of shattered human lives, hopes and feelings (Jack even in first episode look like he doesn't care for John's feeling and now it's obvious)

  • I'll say! That ending blew me away, raging like Owen. But things change and the rumours are that Martha will come back and possibly Mickey, after Doctor Who finishes up its 4th season. And the change in Captain John to a nicer guy is because James Marsters has asked to be a recurring character and also part of Torchwood in some way. Next year will be a different show and an exciting one but I'll miss Owen and especially Tosh. But who knows? There are always twists in these shows...
