Valuble lessons should be learned from this:

1. Make no cannon from pvc.

2. The only reason you didn't suffer serious injury or death was due to the lack of glue. It was able to fly apart at the connections instead of blowing up with shards & chunks of pvc imbedded in your body. A cannon has to handle an explosion that structurally unsound pvc tubing, no matter how thick the tube wall is, simply can not handle.

3. Get a degree in physics before attempting another life-threatening stunt.

you are supposed to use Epoxy resins for PVC pipe bazookas ,they must be allowed to "cure" or "go off" for 24 hours before using the gun,otherwise it blows apart like what happened to his gun,also he used duct tape with whatever glue or resin he used to bond it together , this causes the duct tape to degrade or melt as it reacts with the adhesive and it fails..

@Dkmasteris ,A head trauma? no its only lightweight PVC plumbing pipe and the method of construction of the gun itself insures only the ends get blown off,i,ve seen several "explode" at head height through poor construction and the worst i have seen is a bit of bruising and mild skin burn to the side of their head usually temporary deafness for a few minutes afterward from the noise too.but never any deaths or Head half blown off LOL!!!
