In 2009 the average crowd to an AFL game was 37,776 during the regular season and 68,365 during the finals compared to NRL only an abysmal 16,065 for the regular season and 39,050 for the finals series?
Not to mention the average AFL player salary is $223,684 compared to the average NRL player salary $164,000. I can see why "fl is one of the shittest sports in the world"
