Dude, this game was fucking sick. I was surprised when I played it on my PSP. I saw many reviews on this game and was skeptical about getting it at first kuz so many reviews bashed on it and kuz I also saw it had the overhead view. I just said fuck it, i'll buy it. I got hooked immediately. In my opinion, this was probably one of the best GTA's every made. This and part 4 are my favorite.
