I always loved the baritone sax behind this song, plus it was just a great production that really struck a chord with the high school kids of the time. It's rather amazing that the kids of today still dig it and the incredible Beach Boys. When they go to the bridge/guitar ride behind the strains of 'On Wisconsin', notice how the bari sax man hits the low note which just rocks the whole song. Again, just a great production with the 'cheerleaders', 'drum section, and piccolos on the top.

..in critical acclaim, dating back almost 40 years, noteworthy magazines and musicologists..like Billboard.....have stated the greatest groups in history were Beatles..Beach Boys..and ABBA......the harmonies these groups created will never be duplicated......
