  • I think it is better to practice judo. No tai chi technique is applied. Different from what I learnt form my master who was the forth generation of Yang's style tai chi chuen.

  • I don't wanna be offensive for your training...but in this way in greco roman/free style u have more technics. things U do here are the warm up for a wrestler, beware of what U train my friend. good luck.

  • No offence taken. This is not a Greco roman or free style competition. And has rules that dont apply to some techniques in Greco Roman or Free style. I know that there are more techniques to use. Thank you for your warning but I know what I train.

    If you see a boxing match you dont have to warn the person that in kickboxing the are allowed too kick. Or didnt I understand you comment well? Best Regard.

    Do you train Greco Roman? I don't see any video's of martial arts on your page?

    No kicks or hits were permitted.
