XD did you even see that there's a translation in the description? :P the song is based on an old german children's story that's about a girl playing with fire that eventually dies (yeah, our classics were kinda fucked up). i guess Rammstein noticed how macabre it is and made a fitting song for it. :P

@SmokinGun95 Actually, I based my opinion off of the translated lyrics. I had just previously listened to Kokain and noticed that it described the feeling of one who is on cocaine. The lyrics seemed to describe the affects of heroine use ie: burning and such. Just thinking outside the box as I have noticed these fellas like to put "hidden" meanings in their songs.

@Tristanja Not trying to be rude but are you native English speaking? You are taught this foreign but in actuality, in English you refer to time and place both philosophically. You can always call them the same thing is one way of looking at it. So, "There before me" is the same as "There in front of me" because before, comes before in front of me. Before can refer to time and place. Another more ridiculous example would be "He was 5 feet away" could also metaphorically mean he'll be there soon.
