it is call 'smully' its an equipment use by soldier, where on this video, they doing some training.. This smully is use to alert other soldier from the side to visible their location..

No, I can't. I can say that it is a possibility and that 95% of the videos out there are hoaxes. The other 5% are completely unexplainable. I wouldn't put this vid in the 5% category. This video is still pretty curious to me, even though the quality is just horrible, which makes it much easier to fake, even the moon through a crappy camera can look like a ufo, I know this because I tried to film a bright, full moon with a crappy camera, and it looked just like a dead tiny white dot in the sky.
What about reflections on the window from behiond the camera causing the images.
But as you say the picture is so out of focus and it doesn't look like any attempt was made to focus in on the objects either. Its like all those blurry "sasquatch" photos and yet the deer and bears are clearly recognizable on the trail cams they set up.

@ZXRwarrior Im with you man...Funny enough after I said that my flight from Beijing to Bangkok I saw out of the airplane window my first UFO's. There were 6 red flashers moving and darting, then a white object flew past the plane CLOSE! 45 degrees down from front of plane past under wing.... Big spot lights from above the plane down to the ground (and mind you we were flying way too low for normal 747 flight paths....and now I see them a lot, especially the ones that pretend to be stars at night
If some would put some effort in it and visit the place from this event and the exact date would be know, this would be solved in no time. It might be window reflections, it might be day light fire works.

1) Why not? According to this movie they behaved EXACTLY like flares or daytime fireworks.
2) If a 16 y old boy can film a ufo, it also can film fireworks, so no argument there.
3) I believe in the possibility fo alien visitors and know that some ufo's are unexplained, BUT many ufo's are easy to explain when one (a) knows the exact time and date (b) visits the ground below where the ufo was and (c) visits the spot where the camera was.

Even if it was through a window, what could do that in the video?

Silver Devils... I have a playlist full of them, check it out. This kid got closer than any others, however. This is not fake.
I'd steer clear of them, they give me a bad feeling. (There was one or two at the World Trade Center on 9/11)

1) This wasn't seen by many, but by one family.
2) point of camera is unclear, might be behind glass e.g. mirror reflections
3) the lights are above housing development area, with many shops opening, possibly celebrary fireworks.
4) Maybe it was Nisfu Syaaban and maybe it is custom to use fireworks then, I don't know.
What I'm saying is, that it should be investigated.
What is really sad is blindly believing everything.

The lights look like they are stationary ones on this hill in the background and are simply out of focus.
The motion is simply the shakey motion of the camera operator causing them to blur.
