G could have stopped crocodiles (K`s)emotional ramblings but allowed her to continue her exterior identity of being a kind,merciful person. G drew her out then stung her in the right spot,to suffer in the right way and awaken conscience.

Self acclaimed "authoress" K began to speak emotionally.There were many children present but K comes and squats at Mr G`s feet telling of her return from Europe where she had taken part in the supervision of poor children. Gurdjieff sat patiently as the rambling sentimentality grew and the adults present grew impatient with her.Eventually K concluded wiped her tears "now children" Gurdjieff says " today you have learnt something.Today you learn something of what means crocodile tears".

I listened actively many times all "Harmonic development" recordings; but this one and the "Scotch Story" i cannot hear well.That is i cannot hear G.s words correctly.If someone can help me with that, I would pay him 10 times more back.
