I'm not sure the Willie Lynch lettters were real, but if they were...they also applied to biracial people, because there were biracial slaves...they had Black mothers for the most part, and they were classified along with the mother as Black, and at times when they tried to sale them they would classify them as Mulatto Slaves, but the key word is "Slave".

"TIFFDJONES" is a sorry sight, an embarrasment to all us decent mixed race folk for starters "MULLATTO" = the sterile off spring of a mule and donkey the term was used in slavery days by slave owners to discribe "HIS" children born through the rape of a slave he would then rape the children so his grandchildren were also his daddy she looks and speaks so false there is just somethink about her that is so wrong did you know in USA mixed girls only date 7% mixed race guys they dont accept us.

awesome video!!! I love when you say that you are privileged to have both black and white perspectives on things. so true (: where are you from in the UK? I'm a close friend of Tiffany's in NYC but have a great friend in St. Albans. Hoping to make it over there soon!

I love this vid! Thank you for making it. I really like your videos too. I don't think Willie Lynch said anything specifically about mixed race slaves, but I don't think he was the kind of man who would admit that there was any "difference" between a mulatto and a "full" black slave. So I do think that when he talks about pitting the light skinned slaves against the dark, that's where we were acknowledged. I have to run, but will be in touch later and watch that video :-)
