true maybe base pay on city you work in, in BSD were my family are things not cost as much as in jkt so maybe jkt polisi bout 5million to start i dont know hahah in bsd maybe 2.5million to start im know there are good people that work police, and only take money to help there family if pay is more, there would be less corrupt police, there will always be corrupt polisi but maybe not as many ...
