  • @jport1975 It probly sank lol I have built boats out of foam you have to Fiberglass the foam or it will break apart

  • What happenned to other vids?

  • You said you made part 2 but you didn't what the hell

  • couldn't hear you and you didn't show much. the whole video was pretty much a waste of time.

  • you turn the volume up full just tu hear ya then a beep blows my ear drums... thanks, I needed that. video fail.

  • A little late on the sound notice,

  • you look like the UFC fighter, TANK !!!

  • My fucking ears are in pain because of that noise, FUCK!

  • Did you ever finish this?

  • hey nice job there yea i don't blame ya for telling that guy to turn it down lol i don't like rap anyway lol anyway good job on the pontoon boat

  • HORRIBLE, you need to talk a lot LOUDER!!!!!!!

  • Hi,

Nice video and very nice welding on the EMT.....make a video of how to weld conduit.

  • I looked through comments and can't find that unifoam(?) website calculator, can you give me the actual url? Thanks.

  • is your done yet

  • You was talking about useing fiberglass for a covering and I was thinking about useing marine grade shrink wrap. I was thinking that would be a little liter

  • is this foam the same as DOW residential Sheeting styrofoam?

  • 450 pounds....plus the weight of all the other things i listed

  • A video on the water please !

  • That tone sucks!!! would like to watch more but I like my speakers and ears.

  • fuk u i hade head phones on and that beep was fucking load!

  • where did you get the stirofoam?

  • Fuck that hurt my ears, good video though xD

  • Wheres part 2

    Rudy

  • Cool, And i tought it would be a nice idea to make it out of wood..but this is way better.. i guess the boyancey is better on foam than tree right?

What glue did you use? Epoxy?

  • did you finish the boat? I would like to see how it looked

  • Heck, I like the float seat at the end so the pontoon should be really nice! Kewl Project. I'm thinking of doing one using 2-liter soda bottles as my flotation

  • i hate you

  • Thumbs up for the red head in the Fishing W/ Joe videos.....

  • great idea...was that you on the boat in the last photo?? might need more floats to be higher out the water lol

  • Good idea

  • Keep it up bud. I built a regular boat with 1/4" ply from home depot and after two layers of fiberglass it came out rock solid. My next project is a pontoon that can be dismatled in a dime. I'm going to use sonotube, fibergalss and spary foam. Good luck.

  • MY EARS. DEAR LORD MY EARS. THEIR BLEEDING

  • how do you plan to bind the frame and pontoons?

  • it sucks

  • @ytwojohn LIKE YOUR FACE

  • where can i get plans for some thing like this please message back

  • this is very cool. never really thought about building soming like this but it looks great and their is alot of information being moved around.

    the cheap guy

  • An electric knife is great for cutting foam also.

  • keep the videos coming, i am waiting to see the finished fiberglasses product. was thinking of building something similar, but was going to run my foam up and down and run a 1/4" plywood down the center and laminate foam to both sides, maybe 18" x 16" ? or so, don't know how big you made yours. looks nice so far and like the metal frame and always follow the kiss system.

  • @Auslander999 I thought of that.. but the 13oz fiberglass and resin are bullet proof

  • @TheOhioFisherman kevlar and resin are bullet proof

  • Kevlar and resin are not bullet-proof: Kevlar has to be layered thick in order to be bullet resistant. Just get a set of speakers that are 'kevlar' made and shoot them then tell me it's bullet proof. There's more to the process of making kevlar bullet proof than just resin mixed in it. Check the facts.

  • arnt you Mk1615 the christian guy in a wheel chair?

  • @granjitsingh Do I look like a Christian guy in a wheel chair? LOL

  • @Auslander999 in this video they are just stacked ontop of each other. But I like the Idea.... Thanks

  • holy shit thats cool

  • @jrock358258 Thanks It's almost done.

  • your idea is great and I have been thinking of doing something like that. I already have an inflatable 12' seaeagle with a 2 hp honda outboard. I dont have a garage or else to have a full boat, so I have to go with something that can be desarmed. I love your project. Emmanuel from Miami, Florida

  • @egaviero Thank you. Seaeagle is a good boat. Nice to have when no one will go with you.

  • Hello...Very interesting.I am toying with the idea as well, but want to use plastic 12" diam. water/sewer line for flotation.. You spoke of a float calculator.. Sure would love to know the formula, can you please pass it along ??? What are you gonna use for a motor ?I am really seriously considering a trash pump, would love to hear your opinions about this project... video was very interesting and informative, good job!! Over here in Hoosierland..

  • I tried to post a comment earlier so if I post twice, sorry. First off, good job on the video and great job so far on the boat. I was wondering what type of glue did you use between layers of foam(if any)? Really looking forward to seeing the finished product. Keep up the good work and keep posting those vids.

  • @huntingicon I used bondo quick set resin, I will have it finished in three weeks. The frame turned out relly good. I hope to build a two person frame once I test the pontoons.

  • first off, good job on the video. i just have a few questions. did you glue your styrofoam layers together, and if so with what? second, arc or mig welding on your conduit frame? i would really appreciate any insite you could give and really look forward to seeing your finished product. good luck and good fishing.

  • @huntingicon I used bondo brand epoxy. I have a cheep wire fed welder from Harbor Fraight for $90.00 I am useing the cheep conduit $1.25 per bar it is flexiable until you weld it.

  • Ol' Blakewell66 is the man! Wish he would post some more vids. Nice job on the boat. Is that actually saving you money though? Foam can be expensive and metal isn't cheap either. Then there is the welder.......and the time and effort to build the thing. Not to rain on your parade or anything. So far it looks like you have done a nice job shaping and building the thing. Just over here in Indiana so I feel your pain fishing in the shallows!

  • @graffin00000 I have $65. on foam $14. in metal and 45 in fiberglass. I will touch on the cost in my next video. I use to live in IND off of rockwell rd.. goos fishing. I am glad you asked these questions eep em comming.

  • Awesome, cant wait to see it finished. Just a shout out from a fellow Buckeye! Peace bro! I'm about an hour from columbus in clark county.

  • Thanks.

  • Hope it floats.. lol

  • nerddddddd
