I've never hearded about mantis from wudang!
Mantis have ever been from shaolin.
The question is how traditional and authentical this form is.

@BigDrunkenGorilla well the wudang mantis form has Shaolin influences as does the wudang snake form as to the authenticate of the form i know that wudang snake is old mantis i know less about but this person is of legitimit linieg
