dude, that's some serious legato playing. I struggle with alternate picking but I've always been pretty good at legato and this video is inspirational; if I can sound like that one day, I'll be a happy man. For me, the coolest thing about legato playing is that it frees up my picking hand to concentrate more on tonal attack than speed--making for a better overall tone.
@drmayhem558 people who try to understand left handers often need a reference point to begin with. lefties are highly individualistic. that should be your starting point. but likely the cost of a real left handed guitar was too big at one time and likely he had to share a guitar with a righty and the only way to do that effectively was to adapt!

Amazing but I don't think it's 'cacophonic'. Wierd that you hold your guitar upside down, though. Why don't you just switch the strings around?
