Another quick question, the seller changed his mind on the price.

He wants to sell the Alien head (brand new) and the Phantasm sphere (used but like new) for €150, that's still a good price right?

Btw, I'm still searching for my VHS editions of TCM, but can't seem to find them anywhere :/

@0neHitGamer I think that's way to much for Phantasm... but then again it's OOP so it's up to you. Im just saying it's not worth it because it's a very plastic and cheap quality box... even if it's very cool.

I'm just starting to collect cool Blu Ray cases myself and am drooling over your collection (so far I only have the T2 Endoskull and a Toy Story 3 with a Buzz Lightyear toy/disc case).

Out of curiosity, how long do you usually have to search for the Japanese disc sets like the Alien head and Ultimate Matrix Nebuchadnezzar? Where do you usually buy them? I checked EBay out of curiosity and didn't see them being sold.

@boulderbum7 Both the Alien head and the Nebuchadnezzar are OOP but you can find them on ebay every now and then. The alien head is a UK edition which I bought when it came out. The Nebuchadnezzar was bought through ebay though it was still sold in shops when I bought it - just used ebay to avoid custom fees.

By the way, do you have the Terminator 2 Endoskull? I didn't see the one I'm talking about on your vids, but it seems like something that would be right up your alley and it just dropped in price on Buy.com (it's $82 with free US shipping). Search for "Terminator 2" on the site and you'll see what I'm talking about. It's one of the top hits.

@boulderbum7 No I don't have the T2 skull. I've heard so much bad things about it so I just never bought it. Been wanting to get the salvation endoskull but feels like I wont ever be getting the T2 one. Just not a very good quality and look iMO.

@discjunkietv I see. For what it's worth, I actually think the T2 skull looks pretty cool! 'Rather like the movie. That said, I opened mine and noticed the electronics didn't work so I sent it back for exchange. :-p

The "Salvation" skull is pretty rad too, though. I figured out I could buy it directly from Amazon UK and they give fair exchange rates, so I bought one for myself! Ironically, it ended up being 1/2 as much as the Amazon US sells it for "imported"!

Fantastic Alien Head but mine Japanese version is a little bit different than the UK version. I want the best DTS version of Alien the rest of the Alien movies are not so great. Aliens is ok but not the best version on Laserdisc and on the DVD maybe on the next Blu-ray format. Maybe in the near further there come a greater Blu-ray version of the Alien Movies perhaps the Alien space ship. ^_^

Yeah I agree with you about the acrylic cover, it doesn't seem to have a specific place to rest, I pointed this out in the review I did a couple of months back. I don't think it spoils the boxset, it still ranks as one of the best headboxes out there, and like you say the iRobot is better still.
