check the idle, and get it tuned,mine did the same thing,it cood b a different situation for u,but check the idle and get it tuned from a Rc hobby store.

it takes nitro gas 20 percent. you can get it at a hobbyshop about 250 brand new. goes about 40-50 miles. about 160 is a good price for a used one.eletrict start is worth at least 20.
