Empire is absolutely not feeling 18th Century at all, way too much generic stuff and extremely overrated.

looks great but the game plays as bugy as sht, all the units look the same, the map is so large end of turns take 5 minutes. generally to grand an ambition and little thought to gameplay make this al in al a shity game. stick to medieval and its expansions

holy crap and i thought mid 2 looked good. I have played all the total war games except shogun and for years i have waited for sea battles. Now towns just need to be populated when u attack them so u can see peasants running in the streets.
