This video is awesome! Could you give some help on my diet? I want to be lean and ripped, more like a muay thai fighter, so i do a lot of cardio. But how much carbohydrates should i eat in a day to get lean? with all the sites out there giving different info it gets pretty confusing :/ Thanks man!

Great video, Josh. Man, do I have a tough question for you. I'm 6'4 330 lbs. I've given up the alcohol and unhealthy eating habits for almost a month. I want and am going to get back into shape. Any ideas or tips on how I start with-out keeling over? Also, by the grace of whatever god there is up there, I have no underlying health issues other than my weight and have been cleared by my doctor to take a up a work-out regiment. Thanks for any feed back you may have.

Considering you don't have any major health problems, then you shouldn't worry about keeling over! All you need is a plan and the dedication to stick to that plan. @AdamBarker89 Thanks for the kind words sir! I do like the vibrams. They are not for everybody, but they work well for training. Make sure you do a little research on which pair is right for you. Some are better for fitness, others for running, etc...
