  • You do NOT have to apologize....we all fall short sometimes. It is up to you to get back on track and from this video you realize what you have to do. Don't beat yourself up over it, you are still my inspiration.

  • You just fell off the wagon Dee but don't be so hard on yourself. At least you realized you were your mistakes came from. Just dust yourself off and get back to it. You're human and we all make mistakes but as long as you re-commit yourself you'll reach your goal. Good luck Dee Love you!

  • The one thing that is hardest for me to do is to kind of isolate myself from loved ones when I know there is gonna be a lot of tempting food, but only if I'm having a weak day. Because I KNOW when I'm around family I'm comfortable, then I know the food is gonna be good. So yeah, I have to eat to I'm really full before I go or just limit my time if there's certain food around. It's a battle, the last time I was over my parents, ate cookies after just leaving the gym.

  • Well it's a good thing that you're thinking this way BEFORE you "blow back up". changing our minds is a process but you've done awesome more than 100lbs down. But I do understand where you're coming from. LOL at the end "blood of Jesus and purity of the Holy Ghost"

  • We all go through these types of struggles because again we love food, but hate the consequences when being content. It's a good thing you're working out, but do be careful that you don't gain back what you lost. Me, I like to eat different diets every week so I don't get bored. One week I;m on a cabbage soup, the the next I'm on a green smoothie, then in small proportions of what I like that is less fattening. I'm still losing weight because I'm not eating the same thing.

  • You can do it D. Lol you're head is bad u know with the nail polish comment

  • Everyone has their vice... for me it is food too. I think what is keeping me "on track" aka more mindful of what I eat is iphone carb tracker. When you have to write it down you are less likely to do it.

  • you can do it you can do it

  • Dee,

You are human, we have to always remember that for however long we have been overweight in body we have to remember we have that mindset and it just doesn't go away overnight. Struggling with weight and weight lssues are the Hardest thing we will ever have to deal with. That stinking thinking we use to use we have to change and it's hard. But the 1st step you have done is making yourself accountable.

  • I will be praying for you! LOVE that Butterfly ring! ;-) LOVE YOU! BE BLESSED! ♥
