  • I also have a pot belly but not as big because I decided to become a vegetarian and I do 12 to 15 min intense interval training 6 days a week . Trust me that lifestyle along with exercise really helps. Right now, I'm doing the rawfoodmuscle 30 day raw food challenge. You have to eat at least 75% or more raw foods up to 30 days. I've started mine last week and I already feel a change in my body. Good luck to your adventure but to me it really takes a lifestyle to change you both inside and out.
