Sounds like a nice project you got. The biturbo only added SOME performance. In this video the biturbo is the only upgrade. What type of motor do you have ? Za50? E50? They make several pipes for puch's check mopedarmy forums for answers to questions. Plenty of people with good info on puch performance there.

look up LanceCampeau he has many vids on some cool basic stuff and rejetting. rejetting is basically just changing ur jet (a screw with a tiny hole which modulates how much max fuel can be sucked out of the float bowl) what did u do that ur engine doesn't work anymore? send me pics or a vid and i will help u. i know this bike VERY well. i've got 1 ;)

did u rejet? i'm running #62 jet on stock carb with all mods. ur moped should go closer to 45 on flat ground minimal head winds (i'm 200lbs and i acheive this speed). if ur barely mustering out 40 there is something wrong, what model do u have? streetmate R and anyother model with electric start will be slower because of the extra weight of a starter

it should run faster when its chilly. colder denser air into the carb would have a better effect, plus its aircooled, did u warm urs up sufficiently be4 running it for us? and when u ran it cooler air is better makes it perform better, longer cause the air is chilly

well ktm's 65cc engine is performance made, compression is high. also, u have manual gears. this only has a 2 speed auto with clutch material made of cork, what do u expect. this is also very cheap, quality wise as well, paint is cheap and plastic is super weak. ur ktm must have cost u like 2.5 times more. oh and u can't drive ur ktm on the road. haha
