@jedimasterwindu1 Because commercials are designed to glorify a business, and this one especially goes at it in a comedic way. Do you really expect to see a McDonalds commercial to be honest? "90% of what we sell you is pre-packed processed crap, but it's only $1.30!"

And if you think customers in commercials are real, they're usually not. That said, Boston Pizza is pretty terrible.

Boston Pizza food is terrible. Michelina's frozen food is of equal or better quality than BP food and not over $20 a pop. I haven't ate at BP for over 5 years. This guy isn't going to change that. Cold beer though as already pointed out.

That's all they probably serve 1 wing. I ordered a lasagna once and got a 2 layer 1 inch high lasagna from short changing Boston Pizza. Never again Boston Pizza.
