Free-range chicken eggs. That'll help with the protein too (and non-free range will get into your cruelty concerns). That's kinda the downside, I think, to training and being a vegetarian... harder to find options. Not impossible, as I'm sure plenty of folks do it, but most of the time when you hear "omg more protein" it's "eat meat!" which is what my dad did to help fix damaged muscle from freak accident. BUT I also recommend soy products, as it's one of the best veggie protein sources. RAMBLE!
