It's like how much more black could this video be? And the answer is none. None more black.

I love that the video from the get-go has a fuck-up. Spinal Tab. Haha.

I always thought this was inspired by/a parody of ELO's Mr Blue Sky.

The playout is a direct lift from Van Morrison's "Moondance."

Sounds like Mr Blue Sky if it was recorded by The Beatles

ha ha...this is a total rip off of 'Sunny afternoon" by the Kinks.
Kind of a Rutle-ized Kinks tribute.

Reminds me more of "For the Benefit of Mr. Kite"

But you really should find the other one on the internet and play them side by side.You'll see what I mean. The intro in the spinal Tap song is 99% identical to the Kinks song. It's like a Wierd Al Yankovic take-off. ;)

I did that when reading your comment. The intros are similar this is true.
As for the entire "Break Like the Wind" CD, every song seems to have had an influence from other bands. The ones that stand out for example;
Diva Fever.........Van Halen
Break Like the Wind.........Metallica
Springtime........Steppenwolf
