CCW provides criticism as well as praise within the reviews here. So many other channels only review (ie. promote) what they like or approve everything in a sycophantic display.

jose im getting closer to completely stop buying marvel books. im getting mainly DC stuff now. i just need some suggestions of books i should get in my pull list from other companys other then marvel.
i'm in the same boat dude. when JMS leaves thor and with the last issue of exiles, my marvel pick ups will consist of guardians of the galaxy, nova, avengers: the initiave, mighty avengers, x-force and x-factor.
i've gone to the Dark Cide already and here are some of the comics i'm getting:
green lantern, green lantern corps (!), the outsiders, secret six (!!!), teen titans, r.e.b.e.l.s., doom patrol. i'm getting the justice league: cry for justice which although is beautiful, is sooo slow. also, pretty much getting everything blackest night.
REBELS, Secret Six, Detective, Invincible, Chew, Power Girl, Superman, Batman and Robin, Doom Patrol, Green Lantern, Green Lantern Corps. How's that for starters?
300 already!? I feel like you guys hit 200 not that long ago, damn you guys can really churn out the goods! I've really got to check out that wordballoon interview. Oh, and you'll be very disappointed to hear that my LCS did not order ANY copies of Ash saves Obama, so i'll have to pick it up this weekend at another shop. Anyways, congrats on the milestone episode, keep em' coming!

that kinda hurt i really wanted to just be your friend. We read alot of the same stuff and I'm guessing around the same age yet we are not the same at all. All your words on Disrtict 9 were squarely on point, Elliot. It certainly lived up to the high extol set pundits and the gerenal audiences alike. Needless to say, I'll be very interested to see you guys' full review next week and what your thoughts are on the possibility of a sequel. :-)

E, on your interview you were honest about your feelings on Bendis books, so be proud, and if people (cough cough fanboys) lash out, whatever, speak your feelings and keep on being like that.
oh, and I read "Ash Save Obama", Elliott. It was pretty entertaining.

I'm putting back a Marvel book (and I dont buy that many of them to start off with only 5 per month usually ) to get Ash Saves Obama #1.
