Willow the whisp has glow dust they will be in that area close by, you can only kill them with magic I used the apotheosis staff, then wait until 6:30 pm for the offering

Here's a little tip I found out (I didn't use it by the way, but if you're having trouble, this may help). Get the vampires to see you, and run back out of the cave. They should still be coming after you. Now run all the way back to the Azura Shrine. When you get there, the people there should start attacking the vampires. You can just hop up onto a rock, out of reach, and watch as the vampires get slaughtered. This may just help you out. If not, remember that vampires have a weakness to fire.

@DonbeeFwz: Well, I just tested it out, and they will attack, but they're not too strong, so use some fireball attacks to pick away at their health while you're running to the Shrine. When you get to the Azura Shrine, they should be close to death, and with a character like a Breton, you'll almost certainly kill them before you make it to the Shrine, thanks to your high Magicka.

I'm on a 360, I can't use mods either, and I'm not sure if the scroll dupe will work on the PS3, but you could always just get Azura's Star and dupe that. I was lvl 20 before I started my first quest(did Shivering Isles, took off game patch, and it deleted all my history of SI) so it wasn't a problem for me.

Go to the shrine of Molag Bal and do his Daedric quest. I found out a way to dupe artifacts, so I duped the mace and gave that up. =) I also have two Wabbajacks as well.

DON'T USE THIS FOR THE QUEST!!! This is one of the BEST artifacts in the game because it is a reusable soul gem. The artifact you should use is the Mace of Molag Bal is the worst artifact. Even if you are a blunt user, its stats are crappy and ineffective. Plus, blunt users can just use the hammer, which is much better. But the mace is a joke, and Azura's Star is NOT the artifact you want to give up unless you are a clueless noob or don't like soul gems. =) Any ?'s, I know almost everything.

Yeah, it's great to dupe those so you don't have to ever lose one. I don't think you can dupe Umbra though...but what does Azura's star do? I've never figured that out. It's like an unlimited soul gem right? But I don't even know what soul gems do...just that they look cool and are magical.

Soul gems are objects that can be filled with souls and some souls are greater than others so youll need a higher level soul gem. You cast a soul trap spell ( or just use umbra ) and while the soul is still trapped you kill the creature then the soul is trapped in the gem. You use the soul gems to recharge your magical items that don't have a constant effect. Hope this helped

Soul gems captures souls, when you have souls you could either refill your weapon, or enchant it ^^ Wich is done at the Mages university. After you have joined(get all 7 reccomendation, to get the status of apprentice, after that you can shop in the shops that is at the university :))

I found extra's at a Mages Guild... I believe it was the one in Anvil, on a desk. It was hard to notice at first. It was on the second floor and behind some ingredients in a bedroom next to a room with a lot of books.
