In the past year I realized this thing that makes me feel bad at things, was anxiety. I play video games and I am freaking out. Hyperventilation, I start freaking out. And I feel like 'No, I can't have a real condition.' But that isn't normal. And people just laugh at me when I freak out. Like.. thanks guys.

A friend of mine had a panic attack in front of me, twice. It was scary enough for me, watching and not knowing what to do except hold his hand; I can't even imagine what he felt like.

Thank you for this video. It's very effective.

@hopelessparticles Holding his hand can be one of the best things to do for him. Hugging him is a good idea too. It's important not to let him bend because it decreases the air he's getting. His body needs to be straight. He is going to want to double over, but air gets in better if he is straight up with his hands on his head. Hugging can help him get to that.
