He was bordering on 500lb meaning he ate 1500Cal a day I take in a little over 6000cal a day and I only weigh 186lb currently and I am 6 feet tall. If I eat any less than 6000cal I lose weight because of my over active metabolism just normal body functions burns over 3000 calories it is bad because usually I am not hungry enough to eat that much
