The Apocalypso Project was actually a side project of a planned trilogy, tracing Chris' adventures in the present alien-butt-kicking, but after I wrote the first part of the script I saw how much more potential I could have if I started with a clean slate. In other words, I feel that any attempt to make a sequel will ruin the concise beauty of this project. It's not that I don't like making sequels, but I just don't like BAD sequels.
@gecodo: The nukes were made with a combination of Nuclear Fish's Particle Effects and the in-game smoke. The NF-particles and the smoke were prearranged off-map into the mushroom clouds, and then saved as a structure file. After the terrain in that scene was crafted, the "mushroom-cloud" structures were then placed where they were intended. I then quit the game, removed the NF-particles folder from the RCT3-root folder, went back into the game, and immediately started using the FCR.

Just NF Particles and in-game stuff. I used CSF's white set to create chroma keys. That's how I got the moving ships and rockets.

Bravo! As it started winding down I was afraid that the ending would suck, but I really loved it! Keep on doing machinima in the future.
