Well it's really very simple! Check it, lets say a nigger has aids, he has sex with an innocent little white girl :( and infects her with his nasty disease! the only means is education and currently the people there have no means to even start being educated b/c their living conditions are crap. So we do have to help them w/ money in the way as clearing their problems and then education, I don't want to build them cities and infrastructure either and definitely wouldn't want to do a colonization or do any faith based help.
