Hi and thanks for the comment! - I'm not very good at this either, but I use MS powerpoint and convert it to a video using conversion software (there are several available out there - just google). then I combine the audio with the slides using Windows movie maker. This is probably not the best way to do it, though - as I said, I am definitely no expert.
