Do you have any accurate idea of how many calories you are eating? If you truly eat fruits and vegetables, mainly fruits and more than enough calories, you will do a whole lot better. But if you are going to binge on fat, the drop any attempts at 80/10/10. You need to either do it or not. Trust me if you have fruit with you at all times and your eating enough, you can control the binging.
Thanks for the Video and bravo if this diet works for you. I tried a diet similar to this, low fat, lots of fruits and veggies, lots of carbs. I did very poorly on the high carb/low fat diet I was following. Some of the problems I had were, falling asleep or getting very drowsy after meals, extreme hunger, peeling/painful skin, very irritable, extreme-extreme cravings for FAT, depression......just to name a few. I do high fat and no/low carb, this is the best diet for me- no depression is great!
When we eat raw, we have to consume large quanties of foods until our bodies adjust. When transitioning, you also need a lot of greens. I have a huge green smoothing in the moring, juicy fruits until around 1pm, heavier sweet fruits until 4pm, and a very large mixed green salad in the evenings. Before bed, I usually have more juicy fruit or a smoothie. I also eat my fruits as mono meals, waiting at least 90 minutes before switching to a different fruit. Hope this helps.
You look good, quite different than you did in the one that I saw of you from July. I guess ascertaining which diet most benefits mind and body cam sometimes be a science unto itself, with trials and errors all along the way leading to eureka. Good thing is, you are growing and improving as you go.
I'm interested to see how the 80-10-10 diet works for you. I'm transitioning to raw too and I'm like to be 100% raw vegan. You seem to be doing great getting to know your body.
