@MultiSmartass1 but that's the irony of it, when people think what kind of men go to hookers they think of men who are unattracitve, creepy, misogynistic criminals,etc. when in most cases men who go to hookers are often married, have children, good jobs, and are usually not ugly but average looking or good looking.

As for them not being "real men" okay.. but I really don't see what that has to do with whether or not prostitution should be legal.

what about the woman who won't marry her boyfriend until he buys her a big diamond ring? or the woman who won't have sex with her husband until he buys her something nice or takes her out to a romantic dinner? or the gold digger or only marries rich guys for their money? how are these transactions any differnt from a transaction a man has with a hooker?

Hookers dont need to manipulate men-its a straightforward business transaction. No ambiguity. no grey, no shading.

The difference between golddiggers is that such women usually have jobs and pushing men's buttons is a sideline. For Hookers, pushing sexual buttons is their line of work.

any woman who feels entitled to have a man provide for her is essentially trading money (or anything else of value ie jewellery)for sex and companionship. That is preciesly what prostitutes do. Morally there is no difference.

The big difference is that men are not in realtionships with hookers but they are involved with golddiggers.

Prostitution is a business that benefits men mostly.

You are aware then that traffiking isn't just limited to sex trade, there is traffiking in many industries, (traffking of both men and women) child soldiers, forced labour in manufacturing, forced labour in mines, forced labour in farming, Yet it seems the anti prostitution crowd is only concerned with sex traffking and traffiking only of females

I doubt most child soliders are raped to break them into killing people or workers raped to work farms, mines and manufacturing but that does happen to women-all the time.

@MultiSmartass1 Actually yes they are all traffik victims (regardless of whether they are male or female) are often beaten, raped, sexually assualted or even killed regardless of what type of work they are forced to do. again you seen to be only focused on the female victims of traffiking and not the men. and even if the child soldier isn ot being raped he is most certainly being abused as long as there is no rape occuring its okay then to force them to fight in war?

@Zain844 There's no double standard simply because the demand and supply is not as high on the male side as on the female side.

There isnt a major demand for male gigolos or hookers for women.

Also, keep in mind, women dont run societies-men do.

They also run the underworld and organized crime groups which deal in sex trafficking and profit from it.

It may not be right for a woman to pay for a male hooker but that is not the major problem here-female prostitution is.
