Ryu should be played by Takeshi Kaneshiro, Balrog should be played by Mike tyson, John Cena is perfect as guile, Ryan Reynolds is fine as ken, Sagat should be played by one of the famous muay thai athletes thats tall. Chun Li = Kristin Kreuk, Vega by Olivier Martinez.
