  • Lord, your my Lord and my God...crying so much. "Raboni" I love you.

  • The mysterious authorship explains the many contradictions we find if we read the gospels carefully.

  • Each gospel is a collage of different recollections written down not by eyewitnesses but by people at least one generation after his death. We don't even know who were the true authors. The apostle Matthew didn't write the Gospel of Matthew; the apostle John didn't write the Gospel of John, and so forth. Whoever wrote these gospels (only four out of dozens others that were written but many of which never survived). Church fathers simply "assigned" each of the accepted gospels to John, Luke, etc

  • @monsieurbarros How do you know? Do you just think that because that's what you heard? The gospels were written by those who the gospels are named after.

  • After two thousand years Jesus still amazes the minds of the world. There is no one like him

  • I always get the chills at around 3:41 when Jesus reveals himself to Mary. Such a powerful scene!

  • Again, either this is nonsense or it is real. Make a choice, you can not be somewhere in the middle on this. If you are you in the middle you are only deceiving yourself into thinking this pleases God. I hope that the Lord opens your eyes to the reality of Christ and then, only then do I believe you are truly His. A new heart softened by God, consecrated to Him. And then a life humbly devoted to Him. Please stop hedging your bets and get real with God and yourself. Peace be with you.

  • this is my favorate movie.

  • Lord I believe help thou my unbelief.

  • some say jesus is going to come back at the end of days. i hope it's true and i hope it's soon. God willing!

  • Rastaman at 5:10, he killed my awe :( but touchy end

  • Yes the bodily resurrection. Awesome.

  • The Resurection, Easter Story

  • Good grief - folks who disbelieve have posted from the "get go" of this movie! SURELY, some part of this has movie has moved you? For you who do NOT believe in Him, can you honestly say He is NOT the Messiah, King of kings, and your Lord of lords? Really? Is your heart that HARDENED?

  • @Widdowson2020 - Christ is God the Son, Holy Spirit is God the Spirit.

Isaiah 42.8 I am the LORD; that is my name! I will not yield my glory to another or my praise to idols.

John 17:5 And now, Father, glorify me in your presence with the glory I had with you before the world began. Acts 5:3 .....you have lied to the Holy Spirit........You have not lied just to human beings but to God. 9 ....test the Spirit of the Lord....(if it is of the Lord is must be the Lord.

    John 1:1-18, Mtthw 28:19, etc..

  • "how happy are those who believe in me and can't see me"..favorite verse in this part.

  • I LOVE THIS! JESUS YOU HAVE RISEN AND DEFEATED DEATH!! I can't stop smiling in joy and happiness every time I remember this!!

  • sorry that is LUKE 24:39

  • at 4:41 JESUS said "PEACE BE ON YOU"

where are the other verses of this context???where he said

BE HOLD MY HANDS AND FEETS AND FEEL, A SPIRIT HAS NO FLESH AND BONES AS YOU SEE ME HAVE!!!

  • heeeeeyyy why is jesus moving his feet at 0.43?

  • Are you trying to prove that you love your mom, wife, kids, the LORD,yourself without actions? This is a false doctrine.GRace is given to those born of the spirit.not on human basis.if you were born of the spirit naturally you would worship the Lord always and mostly when the spirit calles for it .And then your faith AND actions would be side by side, you CANNOT say "I LOVE THE LORD"turn around right away & lie,cheat,commit,adulterty,lust.4 ALL these belong to the world NOT the spirit JAMES 2:14-26

  • no this doctine is real not false

  • Notice Mary observed the Sabbath even after the crucification. She obeyed the sevanth day Sabbath. She came on the first day not because the Sabbath was changed, but because she observed the Sabbath.

  • So? Jesus observed the Sabbath too, but He still healed on it. He's not about rules, but about grace and love. Christians observe the Lord's day and worship on the day He arose.

  • You know, vas, you said the "first day", well the first day of the week is Sunday. Every day is a sabbath - we REST in Him every day - to make one day more holy over another is wrong - and that is what He said! HE is what we should be concerned about, not a stupid day of the week!

  • Please Be careful what you say...This is JUST a MOVIE...Look in the Bible and read it....Remember To KEEP the SABBATH day HOLY!!!The 4th Command.May God bless you with wisdom...

  • i do agree with you my friend "WHO EVER CALLS THE NAME OF THE LORD WILL BE SAVED".. BUT THERE IS MORE TO THAT, MORE TO GOING TO CHURCH ONCE A WEEK...TO EMPTY THE OUR SOULS FULL OF GUILT..WALK OUT AND START ALL OVER..ITS NOT JUST CALLING .ITS READING THE HOLY WORD, WAKING UP EVERY MORNING TO GIVE THANKS TO GOD, TRULY WANTING TO CHANGE AND FOLLOW OUR FOUNDER, NOT COMMITTING ADULTERY . AND SO ON..ITS NOT JUST CALLING OUT HIS NAME BELIVE ME ANY ONE CAN DO THAT.WE HAVE TO HAVE ACTIONS TO..JAMES 2:14

  • We are saved by grace through faith, not by works so that no one can boast. Jesus came to remove our burdens, not lay more burdens on us. The Holy Spirit working in us will conform us to His likeness. It's not about rules.

  • Romans 10:13

For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

    Matthew 16:25

For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: and whosoever will lose his life for my sake shall find it.

  • If you are one with God, you are walking the way of jesus ... You are light of the world ...

  • THaNks.

  • It's so obviously John.

  • Have you read anything of historic/archiological authority to suggest this? Even the Nag Hamati scrolls (that are a Gnostic mixture with the original 4 gospels) do not suggest any of this sillyness that is found in Da Vinci Code (the author supposedly uses the Nag Hamati). If I were to "make" up a interesting story (not as an eye-witness as the gospel writers were), and a lot of people read it, would it then be true... not true in my head, but truly true.

  • I agree. The Da Vinci Code is a novel - fiction. Unfortunately many people can't read historical fiction and realize it's not truth. Jesus is TRUTH.

  • to suggest that my Saviour had sex with ANYONE is disgusting & blasphemous. repent!

  • Why is it disgusting & blasphemous our first book commands us to have children without your so called digusting act we would not be here sex is not sinful its beautiful and a gift from God I hate how my fellow christians make anything out that we enjoy sinful

  • you're suggesting that He had sex???? you are sick. sex is ONLY for married couples. the Saviour NEVER touched a woman like that.

  • Comment removed

  • @BelmontKodokanJudo sex is between a married man and woman. If you are not in a heterosexual marriage you have no business having sex. Do not twist the bible for your own pleasure.

  • @rotena25 Quit being so 'holier than thou' and btw would you happen to have a scripture that says sex outside of marriage is wrong? no? didn't think so and you say Im twisting scriptures. And the point I was trying to make in my comment was sex is not discusting or sinful but beautiful, and I never said that Jesus had sex so you and the creepy goat lady are talking out the seat of your pants.

  • @BelmontKodokanJudo sex yea, lets have it with yar sister, the bible does not say we can not do it with your sister ^^, LOL, sorry, could not resist, but I am with you, really, those christians should do the love part and no hate, but they hate too much

  • @QuantumProphet, dude in the book of Deuteronomy 27:22 God condenms and forbits incest, please always make sure you read your Bible properly and understand it before you post your stupid comments for others to read and get mislead

  • @BelmontKodokanJudo 1 Corinthians 7:2, “yes” is the clear answer: “But since there is so much immorality, each man should have his own wife, and each woman her own husband.” In this verse, Paul states that marriage is the “cure” for sexual immorality. First Corinthians 7:2 is essentially saying that, because people cannot control themselves and so many are having immoral sex outside of marriage, people should get married. Then they can fulfill their passions in a moral way.

  • @BelmontKodokanJudo Since 1 Corinthians 7:2 clearly includes sex before marriage in the definition of sexual immorality, all of the Bible verses that condemn sexual immorality as being sinful also condemn sex before marriage as sinful. Sex before marriage is included in the biblical definition of sexual immorality.

  • @BelmontKodokanJudo There are numerous Scriptures that declare sex before marriage to be a sin (Acts 15:20; 1 Corinthians 5:1; 6:13, 18; 10:8; 2 Corinthians 12:21; Galatians 5:19; Ephesians 5:3; Colossians 3:5; 1 Thessalonians 4:3; Jude 7).

  • I love the way he appears to Mary when she is crying looking for Him.

  • I agree, I love how he "acts" like the gardener by kneeling down as if he's actually gardening :)

  • wat?

  • thank you for sharing this. just wanted to post a clarification. The Good news bible changes King James Version's "the preparation day" in john 19:31 & 42 to "Friday" which leads ppl to think Jesus was crucified on "Good Friday." But the "preparation day" was the day before Passover, when the Jews had to remove all leaven (sin) out of their homes and slay the Passover lamb (a foreshadowing of Jesus). The 1st day of unleavened bread is a "high sabbath", not a weekly Saturday sabbath.

  • Jesus was in the tomb for three days and three nights, starting with Passover evening and ending, according to scripture, sometime before the morning of the 1st day of the week (Saturday night/Sunday morning).

also, i find it very curious that the filmmakers chose to portray all of the characters as Europeans EXCEPT for two slaves, who were played by Africans: the one whose ears was cut off by Simon Peter and that dude's cousin. But no perceptible distinction between the Romans and Jews? hmm

  • louisplume, this aint socail studies, miss johnson didnt even exist back then but the bible did, and christians been around ever since 40 a.d and the deciples were there when he got crucified, and socail studies teach book not older then 10 years. and the oldest book is the bible(torah).

  • Peter didn't catch any because he was praying to God but forgotten His Son.

the highest commandment is love God with all your heart, but that commandment is broken for if we love Him we have to obey and do what He said.

However the New commandment which is love your neighbor as much as u love yourself, that is something that you and I can do,

the 2nd commandment saved the 1st one.

The Law is law, but without the spirit it is nothing.

  • The Roman Authorities would never let a Crucified victim be taken from a cross its a silly story.

They also never had trials like that except for citizens in Rome, I find the entire story highly unlikely and without cred.

  • Trials like that did exist all over the Roman empire. Rome had governors, prefects and councilmen all over their empire to keep their provinces "under control." Jews however could not legally put someone to death by crucifixion because of their own law. So they had to rely on the Roman govt. in order to get someone like Jesus to be killed.

After a prisoner was killed, a Roman really didn't want much to do with it. So if a jew would take the body and bury it, a Roman would be fine with it.

  • The described Jesus trial, is the kind of trial that would be given by a local magistrate in Rome. A Governor was a dictator of a police state there was no judiciary you got no trial. He could have any one killed for any reason. Pilate was not a procurator as the bible said, he was Prefect, there was no rank of procurator until 41AD for a Provence.

Crucifixion is the traditional punishment for rebellion, not for transgressing a conquered peoples religion. The bible account is fictitious.

  • Crucifixion was the traditional punishment for rebellion, Spartacus had 6000 followers crucified, Jerusalem 10 thousand after the rebellion. It was an advert to show what happened to people who rebelled against Roman power, they didn't go to all that trouble of crucifixion only to have their advert taken down. Here lies a dead rebel it was a warning to the population. I have no agenda, I dont care what is true, I just like to understand history.

  • READ ABOVE

  • ....rot, they wouldnt let a crucifeid victim be taken from the cross, fix some errors.

  • Comment removed

  • I dont know what you mean by "dumb nigga?".

Crucifixion is the traditional punishment for rebellion, the Romans crucified 6000 of Spartacus rebel army, and didn't go to all the trouble of crucifixion just to let a person be taken down.

It was a symbol to the Population to show who ran their country.

The Romans crucified ten thousand Jews during a later rebellion in Judea. They were not taken down either.

  • if you look at the timeline that this movie and any other movies about Jesus, they teach primarily "Roman Catholic/Pagan" time line. Jesus was "NOT" crucified on a friday. Neither did he rose again on sunday. The Gospel of John is true but nowhere in the Gospel itself teach a "good-friday and easter-sunday" timeline of Jesus's Death and Ressurection.

  • Yes it's not recorded in the bible that Jesus is crucified on Friday. However, the bible do really tells us that Jesus was crucifed on a friday.

    John 19:31

The bible is recorded that Jesus is crucified before sabbath. And sabbath is begins on Friday evening and ends on Saturday evening, according to Jews.

    John 20:1

States that Mary Magdelene visited Jesus' tomb on the first day of the week.

Which is on Sunday, since sabbath day is from evening fri to sat. The day Mary saw Jesus.

  • John 19:31 The Jews therefore, because it was the preparation, that the bodies should not remain upon the cross on the sabbath day, (for that sabbath day was an high day,) besought Pilate that their legs might be broken, and that they might be taken away.

this passage states that is is not regular Sabbath Day but a "High Day." Furthermore, Jesus was not crucified in a Gregorian Calendar Setting. Jesus Fulfilled all scripture according to what the book of Exodus was foreshadowed.

  • That being said, Jesus 'was not' crucified on Good Friday but on the Year of Nisan the 14th. Which is About a wednesday at that time (gregorian calendar standards). Also, the duration period from good friday to easter sunday is 48 hours, not 72 hours. For Jesus to ressurect from the dead, he has to stay 3 days and 3 nights at the heart of the earth which is in sheol or Hades. Jesus's attonement "did not" conform to Catholic tradition but "pure Jewish Scripture!"

  • That being said on that Passage on Matthew 12: 40, Jesus is fulfilling the rabbinical feast of first fruits in Leviticus 23:10. Also Jesus is the "Firstfruits" on 1st Corinthians 15:20 -23.

John 20:1 The first day of the week cometh Mary Magdalene early, when it was yet dark, unto the sepulchre, and seeth the stone taken away from the sepulchre.

Is the first day of the week according to Jewish Calender a sunday?

  • You said 'since sabbath day is from evening fri to sat.' why isn't sabbath day a sunday rather than a saturday according to gregorian calendar standards? Also, 'the first day of the week' connotates also that Mary visited the tomb "when it was yet dark." Therefore, the first day of the week started at sundown 'not' in sunday morning!!

  • Catholism is also considered christianity, and they believed in Christ. They followed what Jesus taught us in the bible.

But probably, they have too much statues in the church allowing people outside to misunderstood them.

The church also don't teach any legend, such as what you said about an unexistence crucifixion of Christ on friday, but other days. Catholics do read biblle more than protestants. I'm not siding who, but i visited and listen to the teaching of both sides.Big Misunderstanding.

  • "catholics do read biblle more than protestants." Really? Are you saying catholics are more learned from the Bible than Protestants, Evangelicals or other Christian Revolutionaries? How many times did the roman catholic church condemned other Christians as 'anathema' just by not following their principles? Is that Biblical?

  • You said that catholicism is also chrisian and they follow what Jesus taught. To a few extent yes but according to your church principles it is totally blatant paganism like cathedrals, rituals, props, etc. What Jesus taught that we will worship God in spirit and in truth, we replace it with humanism and dogma!!

And he said unto them, "Full well ye reject the commandment of God, that ye may keep your own tradition." - Mark 7:9

  • superb

  • Jesus Christ is my Lord and my God!

  • This movie has left out several crucial parts that are in the bible. Its a good movie but still i don't like that things were left out....

  • John 19:37 - John 21:8

  • on the Gospel of John:

20:30,31 There were other signs and proofs of our Lord's resurrection, but these were committed to writing, that all might believe that Jesus was the promised Messiah, the Saviour of sinners, and the Son of God; that, by this faith, they might obtain eternal life, by his mercy, truth, and power. May we believe that Jesus is the Christ, and believing may we have life through his name.

  • Part2: If we are faithless we are Christless and graceless hopeless and joyless. Thomas was ashamed of his unbelief and cried out My Lord and my God. He spoke with affection as one that took hold of Christ with all his might; My Lord and my God. Sound and sincere believers though slow and weak shall be graciously accepted of the Lord Jesus. It is the duty of those who read and hear the gospel to believe to embrace the doctrine of Christ and that record concerning him 1Jo 5:11.

  • Part3: 21:15-19 Our Lord addressed Peter by his original name, as if he had forfeited that of Peter through his denying him. He now answered, Thou knowest that I love thee; but without professing to love Jesus more than others. We must not be surprised to have our sincerity called into question, when we ourselves have done that which makes it doubtful. Every remembrance of past sins, even pardoned sins, renews the sorrow of a true penitent.

  • Part4: Conscious of integrity, Peter solemnly appealed to Christ as knowing all things even the secrets of his heart. It is well when our falls and mistakes make us more humble and watchful. The sincerity of love to God must be brought to the test; and it behoves us to inquire with earnest preserving prayer to the heart-searching God to examine and prove us whether we are able to stand this test. No one can be qualified to feed the sheep and lambs of Christ who does not love the good Shepherd.

  • Part5: 21:20-24 Sufferings, pains, and death, will appear formidable even to the experienced Christian; but in the hope to glorify God, to leave a sinful world, and to be present with his Lord, he becomes ready to obey the Redeemer's call, and to follow Him through death to glory. It is the will of Christ that his disciples should mind their own duty, and not be curious about future events, either as to themselves or others. Many things we are apt to be anxious about, which are nothing to us.

  • Part6: And if we attend to the duty of following Christ, we shall find neither heart nor time to meddle with that which does not belong to us. How little are any unwritten traditions to be relied upon! Let the Scripture be its own interpreter, and explain itself; as it is, in a great measure, its own evidence, and proves itself, for it is light. See the easy setting right such mistakes by the word of Christ.

  • Part7: 21:25 Let us bless God for all that is in the Scriptures and be thankful that there is so much in so small a space. Enough is recorded to direct our faith and regulate our practice; more would have been unnecessary. Much of what is written is overlooked much forgotten and much made the matter of doubtful disputes. We may however look forward to the joy we shall receive in heaven from a more complete knowledge of all Jesus did and said as well as of the conduct of his providence and grace.

  • Part8: Our Lord told the disciples the work they were to do. The apostles met together at Jerusalem; Christ having ordered them not to depart thence, but to wait for the pouring out of the Holy Spirit. This would be a baptism by the Holy Ghost, giving them power to work miracles, and enlightening and sanctifying their souls.

  • Part9: We have here an account of Christ's appearance to his disciples at the sea of Tiberias. Now, 1. Let us compare this appearance with those that went before, In those Christ showed himself to his disciples when they were met in a solemn assembly (it should seem, for religious worship) upon a Lord's day, and when they were all together, perhaps expecting his appearing; but in this he showed himself to some of them occasionally upon a week-day when they were fishing, and little thought of it.

  • Part10: Who they were to whom Christ now showed himself (v. 2): not to all the twelve, but to seven of them only. Christ chose to manifest himself to them when they were together; not only to countenance Christian society, but that they might be joint witnesses of the same matter of fact, and so might corroborate one another's testimony. Here were seven together to attest this, on which some observe that the Roman law required seven witnesses to a testament.

  • HEY, Where are the Roman Guards?

So it would appear that Joseph or Arithamea and his friends made Jesus well again. Maybe they found away to resuscitate someone after being crucified. I guess they must have, if he still had the wounds. though the movie depicts pretty lame wounds. I suspect it was meant to be allot worse than depicted here.

  • Remember that as Christians, we walk by faith and not by sight.

It would be way beyond easy for Jesus to escape from death, He's God-- but He followed the will of the Lord (when He was praying in Getshemane He asked for the Lord to deliver Him from the hand of those plotting against Him, but He said 'Let Your will be done, not mine)

  • why couldn't Jesus just have returned to the synogog and showed Himself to the high priests? They would have believed then. Sometimes faith isn't enough

  • Scripture says Jonah didn't die in the "belly of the whale" - survived it! Scripture says Christ died and rose again 3 days later - He rose from death! Uhmm, ahh...what is more of a miracle? Being spewed out by a big fish or rising after death? HELLO; latter one! :)

  • why don't we just sit and watch God's word and do not waste time on discussions or controversies...

  • I think it will be better for us who in being born here in America, have no Mid-eastern roots, although we wish we did, we yearn for what so many of you blatantly give up. but we beleive in the God of Israel because we know in our hearts it's right! we trust in Yeshua Jesus because we desire to become adopted Son

s of the Living God and brothers of the Jew which Jesus was! I am blessed even though i don't have much, but I'd stand by my Jewish brother God will repay!

  • You muslum children are right in that we Christians have many faults, my forefathers were slaves in America, but you know yours were seed of Abraham through Ishmel, but just like the jews who reject Yeshua, just like the Germans who killed Jews, just like Slave owners, and unrepentant sinners judgement is at hand! it's not about your mosque, or our church or a synagouge, are'nt these subject to decay? think about it! Foolish one!

  • "Peace be with you" Best line of the movie.

  • Clearly at the end Jesus comes to confirm as does St Paul that 'there is a spiritual body and a natural body' .... and Jesus proves he is no spirit and has bones and flesh and will eat the fish and bread as he did not die on the Cross!

  • Jesus did not die - Mary expected to see him ALIVE as she knew Jesus was not on the Cross! ....she saw Jesus at the point of crucifiction walking and had escaped ..... Mary was told he was alive and he would ascend to the Heavans and return at the end of time ..... and then will marry and have children and then die .... Shame on the Popes who remained celibate!..for no reason and shame on them who sinned and believed jesus would save them ...

  • What the hell are you talking about??!! Then who are his children?!! Then God decieved us for what reasons?! people like you shouldnt talk for you know nothing. God draws people to the truth and the Son! if your not chosen and dont know the truth must not talk!

  • His children are and were his TRUE followers - UNITARIAN Christians - not TRINITARIAN Christians .... the Essenes were Unitarian and most of the disciples of Jesus were Essenes and they taught him the Torah .... and they went with the command of Jesus who said 'God is my Lord and your Lord' -Jesus NEVER claimed divinity .... you read and listen to the corrupt elements in the Bible!

  • They taught him the Torah!! read the bible he was arguing with the scribes when he was little!! why did the people follow him not only for the miracles but for his wisdom which is not from this world.. he claims divinity he testifies on behalf of his father even God said this is my'Son' "I tell you earthly things and you dont believe how will you believe if i spoke of Heavenly things"

  • The Evangel Gospel were ORAL words of Jesus so you are right to say he was winning in his arguments against the evil and adulterous scribes...I do not see much wisdom from the Gospels in WRITTEN FORM by people wjo never even MET him!..in actual fact his disciples were weak in faith and they betrayed him..God forbid Jesus NEVER claimed divinity as he has no right but he was his son metaphorically not literally ... one who has no father calls God his father as do orphans even today!

  • You think what you think.. But i testify ,I confess ,i know that Jesus is the Son of the Most Holy one.. we all are the children of The Heavenly Father, God is unconditional love not Unending wrath.. Love one another and don't Hurt your Heavenly Father

  • I agree we are ALL his children and Moses was also the son of God - but not literally - but an honoured title but what you say is Jesus is the BEGOTTEN son - this is an animal act to PRE CREATE to BE GET

John 3:16 For God loved the World that he gave his ONLY BEGOOTEN SON

(this is a lie as is that Jesus is divine)

  • Listen we have more right of claim to Jesus than you do as we do of Moses ... The scribes were Pharisee Jews and Jesus called them 'an adulterous and evil generation' - so this generation did not knwo the bible more than I do...Jesus was taught speech from birth when he spoke in the cradle as it confirms in the Quran to clear his mothers name and prove she was chaste...St Paul the Satan has decieved you not Jesus..I will defend Jesus til death!..You do not even know your Bible!

  • "Blessed are those who don't see and yet believe" .. You shall see the Son of Man seated in the right of the Mighty One.. clearly you wont change your mind and i wont force you.. but if you keep the things i told you and prayed for God for the Truth the Holy Spirit will teach you everything

  • Son of Man?...are you sure?...positive?....YES explain this

Job 25:4 How can man (Jesus ) be justified with God? or how can he (Jesus) be CLEAN born of a woman (Mary)?

How much less is man (Jesus) that is a WORM? and the SON OF MAN which is a WORM?

You SEE? and do you BELIEVE?...your OWN BIBLE?..

All Prophets will be of those close to God on his right side not only Jesus. The Holy Spirit has not taught you anything about many issues ..like divorces, gay marriages, alcohol etc

  • Hmm... I believe it says everything about what you just said read galatians 5:19-21

It will explain everything to you

  • Sorry I hate Paul the Satan and his Paulinaity the author of the lies of his 27 books in the New Testament ... I only go by what Jesus said .... Galatians is not worth the paper the Anti Christ wrote on ... St Paul was the Devil ... i prefer what Job said as he was a prophet of God and speaks the truth as in Job 25:4 ..... PAULINAITY not Christinaity is what you people follow

  • God have mercy of your soul...

  • Well, everything Jesus said was written down by someone else. Why would you doubt God's ability to preserve the integrity of his own words? God has preserved his word. It is His will. The New Testament has not been altered or corrupted.

  • You're just so full of shit. Entertain me more

  • baleheads- Really? Well it would seem you are full of profanity. Go spread your filth somewhere else please.

  • Why did M Magdalene come 3 days later to ANNOINT Jesus?...when he would have been dead?...you do not annoint a dead body whci freezes the cells up!.....She met Jesus in the graveyard whci was owned by a friend of Jesus ... In the grave was no one but a Pharisee Jew who was removed by the Jews to avoid humilaition as he was the son of a Pharisee Jew - the enemy of Jesus ... God saved Jesus ... he did not die nor was he crucified

  • You know nothing !!! Then God lied to us ? all the prophesis and promises was just words?!!! Jesus came to the world to die as a sacrifice for the original sin!!

  • God did NOT lie! ... the liar is St Paul and the authors of the Gospels who never MET Jesus ...YOU know nothing but follow FIGMENTS of yout imagination ... There was no original sin as you will die for your OWN sins and God will forgive WHom HE wills and punish those who associate partners to Him as you do and Idolators do ...

  • It is written if 2 testifies then it is true John who was the apostle and Simon(Peter) and Luke(Jesus appeared to him)and Matthew the appostles all of these are liars? what about the prophets who were talking about the Messiah were all the prophesis coincedence? NO and do you know what the original Sin is? Why then did Jesus come to Earth?

  • Tell me who is MATHEW in Mathew 9:9? Doubting Thomas was of weak faith Judas was a betrayer All disciples left and fled from Jesus Peter even disowned him. I would not trust them Proof in the Bible Jesus did not die: Mathew 12:38-40 Luke 11:30 Jonah 1:17 & 2:1 Jonah did not die in the belly of the whale and Jesus did not die in the belly of the earth
  • Yes I agree Jonah did not die in the belly of a fish(never mentions what kind) but look at Luke 11:30 he is referring to himself, the Son of God believe what you want to but it is what it says

  • Well if the SIGN of Jobah is his MIRACLE to survive for 3 days and 3 nights and then Jesus did not die and was alive in the belly of the Earth for 3 days and 3 nights ... so he did not die for anyones sins! .... this must hurt the Christians ..... I guess Jesus will confirm this on his descent and I know he will take me into his mercy and accept my verdict

  • He did indeed die. His whole purpose on earth WAS to die. He was resurected. After His death and resurection He ascended to heaven to be with the Father. He will certainly be back on the day of judgement, and only those who have accepted Him will live on in paradise. We are saved by His sacrifice, not our good deads. All our deads are as rags before God. Only sacrifice atones for sins. This was confirmed by Abraham, Moses and all the prophets.

  • This is your VERSION and OPINION - the New Testamnet does not say this .... you follow CONJECTURE

  • actually, PropagandaPolice is right. And it does say that in the New Testament. Jesus said "I am THE way, THE truth and THE life. NO ONE goes to the Father except THROUGH me." Meaning, only through Jesus can we be saved. NOT by good deeds. Heaven is not a giant scale where your good deeds outweigh your bad ones. Otherwise, there would be no hope for people with "big" sins (even though all sin is equal, some just have bigger consequences).

  • His WAY means his teaching - even Moses said the same to his people at his time and Jesus accepted his message and followed his Torah .... They all taught that God is One of One. Heavan and Hell are mere rewards for deeds. Jesus was the Way the Truth at his time - this was his limit and his station - only his blasphemous follwers are the ones who have given him divinity which he was running away from - Pathetic Gentiles!

  • 3 were expected

    Elisha, Christ and THAT PROPHET

John the Baptist admitted he was none of them.

Elisha had been and gone who ascened to the heavans and descened after 4000 yrs and outshined Jesus in miracles.

Christ confirmed himself and he WAS the JEWISH peoples Messiah

THAT PROPHET is a non Jewish Prophet related to Abraham via Ishmael the Arab.

There was NO original sin this is an invention.

Jesus came to live the LAW OF MOSES and to ease the restrictions on the JEWS
