hey mezo, she came up awesome!! i wondered what happened to this thread, i was following it for months last year then it sort of fell off the radar after you moved..
@GypsyCoot The next build thread wont be posted on ADV, i put to much time & effort in to the last one only to have it closed for one joke/sentence. Im back on there & will post help where i can help & still have a laugh with the lads but as for writing another megathread on ADV no chance whatsoever.
Any chance of smoking the big peace pipe and getting teh banter back on advrider - and finishing your Tenere masterpiece - for all the fans!!! You are unbanned.
@chinditone Thanks for your support, i have been reading what your kind words, and im not dead or finished yet, just looking for two things right now a job & a new place to write my builds, id like to have my own site/forum dedicated to building/restoring of road adventure bikes, problem is that alone is a full time job in itself running the forum, and like anything i do it right first time.
@markmezo No worries Mark - fully understand. Your advrider rebuild series are a testament to your talent - bikes and people. Having read about the heart attack and nomadic lifestyle - it is far more important that you get "Mr Mark Mezo's Life Rebuild" up and running and on an even keel - so that people can enjoy your talents over the long run. Bikes are great fun - but people are worth infinitely more.
Very nice!! I just rebuilt the XT600's little brother the xt350, but I didn't go into quite as much detail as you did and I shoulda powder coated... :(
I really like the paint scheme, and the graphics are pretty cool.
It is a Devil front pipe from Kedo in Germany with a custom midpipe made by Noel at Pipework Techniques, he is the man that made those fancy header pipes that was used on the Britten V-Twin race bike in the 90`s.

Graphics cost a bomb to have made, i downloaded the logo`s from Brands of the world.
Hi Mark. Beautiful bike mate!!! It never ceases to amaze me looking at your attention to detail. Is that you testing the bike near the end of the video?
Hi
I'm interested by the work you did on the head ports.
Would have been better to make bigger room on one side of the valve guide to create some bias for the flow ?
or at least on the port wich work with the first opened barrel of the carb ?
i see it's really straight

@michaelovitch
i mean it looks like one have a bias but i can't see and compare with the other.
it's what you did or it's just me ?

Excellent work there Mark, the bike looks awesome and i can appreciate all your hard work.
I found this looking for information on my next rebuild which is a 1979 xt500 Sonauto replica,
I have the forks sorted and have the facilities for making the Tank.
Excellent work again. Cheers Tommy10bikes

Mezo, you're a farkin legend!
You went way too easy on Midget Gadget Dick Boy, but it was the best crack I've seen in long long time.
Cheers, macd
By the by, that Tenere is a gem, as we have come to expect from you.

Mezo, you're a farkin' legend.
Not only do you build bikes that are standouts you are also a gifted short film maker re: Gadget Boy is a Midget D!ck.
You went too easy on him.
I'll forward the new site being up and running.
Cheers, macd

Nice work, Mark - though there's gotta be a better place than this to continue showing off your handiwork!
Can't say which is worse for ADV, the trolls or the moderators, but they both SUCK.
Leave GadgetDick have it all to himself, go find another forum!
