Hi , I have a similar setup, however am not getting volume, I am using baking soda for electrolite, can you please advise what you use. and how much. I have heard that caustic soda is good, have you tried it? best regards and kee up the good work.
Hi there you might want to look at the cell I'm using I'm getting 1Lpm for only 13amps @ 13.8volts. the cell is able to handel well over 50amps easy you just need to upgrade you pwm or wiring to handle high amps if you wanted to go that high anyway but as you know when you start pulling high watts your eng's idle will die down. Hi there Terry its becuase it is more then one cell it's +NNNNN- (13.8-14volts) is one but when you add one more you get +NNNNN-NNNNN+ then if you want more just keep going +NNNNN-NNNNN+NNNNN-NNNNN+ in 1 cell 1 plate is worth 2volts so if you were going to only run it off a 12volt bat without charger you would make a cell like +NNNN- 2 4 6 8 12 I made one for when the car if on you get 14volts so its +NNNNN- 2 4 6 8 12 14 hope this is of some help All the Best

Before I added the extra cell I WAS GETTING 34MPG at 1 ltr per min.Ive not checked the milage since,but I will do so shortly.Regard the air filter,if you watch one of my other videos,(HHO VOLVO 760 V6)you willsee what I have done.I moved the MAF further back and fitted a custom filter,which gave me plenty of room.I took all the inside bits from the old box,but left the cold air duct in place,with the new filter there is circulation of cool air around the cell,works well Terry
Iconected the cells in series at first,but it wasnt good,so I conected them in parallel & that did the trick.the cells are independant of each other with regard to production,and if one stopped working,the other would keep going.

Nice work, any mileage increase?
I have 960 and wondering where to place my generator and noticed yours is in airfilter housing. Are you not using a filter at all?
