Dude...He's definitely the one playing here. If he was trying to cheat, he'd pick some over-the-top riff laden harp solo with tongue-blocking, crazy transitions and what not.
This is a nice mellow snippet and is very clearly him practicing to get better.

It´s a Bluesharp in "C"
starting 1 inhale, 2 exhale, 2 inhale, 3 inhale (started with a bend to normal inhale), 2 inhale, 2 exhale, 2 inhale.....
Seems to me like 3th position, but 2 exhale is not part of the scale, shout be 2 inhale fullstep-bend instead in my opinion.
But sounds very nice anyway.
