A fantastic song composed by Johnson master and amazingly sung by janaki amma.Visuals also take you back to your school days. How I wish i had a teacher like Suhasini !
Very Nostalgic ...i think we do not have such a star to act such kind of roles nowadays. When i see Note Book, i feel actor Skanda has played somewhat similar to this kind of role ( Not exact same, i mean the same aged character).
Rehman was so popular at that time and I am great fan of his even to this date. Probably should not have moved to Tamil films at all. Hope he reinvents himself and comes back to mollywood
johnson master is superb, I wonder why directors like satyan anthikad hire the jobless ilayaraja in TN to direct music in his movies..instead johnson should be hired..!
@jakal1591 hi buddy,,,,,,,,, you cant compare raaja with anybody,, he has satisfied every director with his very first tune that he compose to a situation there is no second thought for any produsers or directors!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
@jakal1591 no prblm pal,,,,, i am also a malayali,, i too like jhonson master's compostions,,,,,,,,,,, in one way ur correct,, there is some resemblences in both of them,,,,,,,
Always reminds me about the summer holidays in 1980's... Trips to the pond for bath... Wait under mango trees for the next drop.. And this song from radio... Sweet sweet memories. Thanks for posting this song.
pappettan !!! the magician of our movie industry, still we r enjoyin.. still we r gettin pained.. it takes me some where i can be lovable, innocent like a kid. thanx mpbeatz
oh god! reminds me of my days as a kid playing at my cuzns house and watchng the vhs cassette of this movie in the evening. gosh wish i was still a kid! delight, nostalgia, sadness ,plethora of emotions running through my mind. thnx for uploading this song man. and wat an awesome movie it was. wish we had directors and musicians atleast 1% as good as these masters.
Excellent song by Johnson Mash, wonderful lyrics by ONV Kurup, sweetly rendered by Janaki amma and above all a superb film by the heavenly Padmarajan. This song is highly nostalgic and reminds me of my childhood days. I love these lines a lot, " Aaaro paadum tharattin eenam Ettu paadum sneha deva dhoothike varooo, nee varooo.."

Rehman used to be so popular at that time.
Only problem was that he had Mammuka and Lalettan for competition.
