You're making me watch to watch all the Bond movies all over again. Maybe I might convince my dad to rent them so we can rewatch the movies. I'm still loving the mult-Bond player idea and I'm not even a gamer, haha. I'm sure you like the game, if not you still have the original. I've never read the books though. I don't know which one is my favorite Bond. I kind of remember watching "With Russia with Love" and a lot of the others you mentioned. They don't have a lego game for Mac. It's sad.
@bamaboy1291 That's a good point. They should've done that multiple char option in the first one when there wasn't any voice or as-detailed movie to game contracts. Should still be a cool game, though!
@EricJScull It will. I'm just excited about the fact that the game has Classic Controller input. Sometimes I just don't feel like pointing the Wiimote around the screen.
The only problem I can think of that may be an issue for the multiple Bonds is that Daniel Craig is contracted to play Bond right now, and that probably includes video games. So this probably explains why Brosnan's image/voice cannot be used in the game. Also Rare probably holds some of the rights to the original game, so Brosnan's image in the game is most likely tied up into that.
This upcoming game makes me want to buy a Wii now! I've been really excited ever since I heard they were remaking it... I love the Bond games! My favorites way back when were always Goldeneye (of course) and Nightfire. Oh, and the end cracked me up!
I really like the good fight scenes. I don't remember the name of the movie, but it had a great sword fight. With actual swords, because it followed a fencing match. Either quantum of solace or die another day. Either way, that was my favorite, of the ones I've seen thus far.
@JaminPotter hmm... I would definitely check out "Tomorrow Never Dies" (rather recent) and "Moonraker." That's a good idea where the series has been. And then "Casino Royale" and "Quantum of Solace" because that's the direction the series is heading.
I love how Eric ends his video like he's hanging up on the phone. :P
But I never was a huge fan of the Bond series, I've only seen about one or two, but at E3 that game trailer made me want to go and get involved with the Bond community. Any suggestions for movies to start on?
I really enjoyed seeing you try the Bond style intro several times and then try it with a Harry Potter style.
