What use is it to be the 5th largest economy of the world if that wealth only helps the rich get richer while the poor get poorer? Unless the so called high tolerance for corruption becomes nonexistent and people start rebelling against the politicians as well as against the drug cartel nothing will change in that country. Yes we have the money, but what use is money when it is spent to impress outsiders instead of truly improving the country's public health and education?
