As for being able to talk to my younger self, I'd talk to 13 year old me, tell her tell those boys to fuck off, stand up to Ashley, and be herself. I'd tell her to read all she wants, skip the health class when they showed 'the video' and stop picking on her sister. I'd basically tell her everything is going to be ok....

my advice to fifteen year old me? your health will improve, and it will make you a stronger, much less ignorant person. you will be able to do great things with this life lesson. yes, it totally sucks now, but it will get much, much better later. i love this idea :) really powerful for me.
By the way if we could give advice to ourselves when we were 15 it would change everything and then the advice we gave ourselves would never exist which would create a paradox or make our futureselves that gave our 15 selves advice disappear.
