Milly created a game where if you get a someone's hat, you become their boyfriend/girlfriend for a day. Then she bribed the school's various clubs with extra funding for getting Lelouch's hat to her. They have a full out "battle" with Lelouch having a bunch of geass zombies working with him in the underground command center.
